Terms of Service
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DoctoFam, including its website, applications, APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations (collectively, the Service). The Service is operated by Doctofam LLC (we, us, or our). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that anyone you authorize to use your account or organization follows these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and authorized connections.
Your data and permissions
You retain ownership of information and content you provide to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that information to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the information and authorize its use.
MCP and third-party services
When you connect DoctoFam to an AI client or another third-party service, you direct the Service to exchange information and perform the actions you authorize. Review requested permissions and proposed actions before approving them. Third-party platforms, AI-generated output, and external data can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable and are also governed by the third party's terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
- submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the Service except through documented features and APIs; or
- use the Service to expose credentials, confidential information, or personal data without appropriate authority.
Fees and subscriptions
Paid features, pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are presented before purchase. You are responsible for applicable fees and taxes. We may change prices or plans prospectively with reasonable notice; any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Doctofam LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or other proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties, including for a material breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties not expressly set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. For questions about these Terms or the Service, contact us at info@doctofam.com.
Google Maps features and content
The optional medical-practice finder in our Google Maps SEO audit includes Google Maps features and public place content. Your use of those features is subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. Do not use the finder to search for patients or enter appointment, symptom or other health information.
